Hi,
In my boat, the seating in front of the saloon helm position is just a continuation of the saloon seating around the table.  Much too low to be usable when using the inner helm steering position.  There is a bulkhead footrest and supports in the floor indicating some type of raised seating is possible.  Can anyone explain the original thinking behind these what type of raised seating is possible. Any seating would most probably need back supports etc to keep you in position Thanks. Chris
